W. Bro laid a wreath at

Newton Mark Lodge No. 1003 led by the worshipful Master Alan Comber accompanied by Frank Cooke and Arthur Robinson laid a wreath at Newton-le-Willows. This continues the tradition started by Frank some 8 years ago.
